Modis is in search of a Sr. Test Lead to perform leadership of the technical testing team and have ultimate accountability for work products and results. Accountable for QA deliverables, test strategies, test plans, test cases, test execution using enterprise tools, defect tracking and test summaries. Accountable for all aspects of the System Test Phase. Accountable for providing testing estimates based on Business Requirements and Work Packages. Partner with Delivery on test harness development, unit/string testing and defect resolution. Partner with Technical Services on environment builds, code promotion, test job execution and PVS testing. Coordinate with Business Partners for successful test results. Partner with Production Support to deliver warranty support. Understanding of enterprise testing requirements and accommodation at Segment level. Skills: Must have 5010 experience Prior leadership managing up to 20 test analysts - 5+ years Detailed knowledge of different types of testing including functional, integration, release, and regression required. Strong healthcare experience, specifically related to Claims Processing, EDI transactions, and HIPAA requirements. Experience with testing tools desired such as Green Hat, ATM, SWAT). Technical ability and understanding of technical design documents. Technical ability to run SQL queries utilizing TOAD software. Ability to create test plans and understand the test planning concept. Ability to mine testing data from various sources to be used in applicable testing tool. 5+ years experience in a software testing role or equivalent work experience. Strong experience with IT and testing standards, policies and best practices. Experienced in the entire software testing lifecycle. Extensive experience testing in the proper sequence including unit, string, integration, system, regression, acceptance and release end-to-end. Strong experience using Mercury Quality Center testing tool. Experience with the Caliber Requirements Management Tool. Experience with test case/script development, definition of expected results, execution and defect tracking for multiple phases of testing. Experienced developing and executing a full spectrum of tests on multiple applications in varied technical environments. Extensive experience identifying a variety of risk areas.
